In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "77pb" / "the Platform" / "we" / "us" / "our" — refers to the 77pb online gaming platform accessible at 77pb.io, including all associated services, games, and payment systems.
• "Player" / "User" / "you" / "your" — refers to any individual who registers for, accesses, or uses the 77pb platform in any capacity.
• "Account" — the registered player profile created by a player on the 77pb platform, containing personal details, balance information, transaction history, and game activity.
• "Balance" — the total of real-money funds held in a player's 77pb account, expressed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

• "BDT" — Bangladeshi Taka, the official currency of Bangladesh and the sole denomination in which all 77pb accounts are maintained.
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) — the identity and age verification process required by 77pb to confirm a player's eligibility and protect against fraud and money laundering.
• "RTP" (Return to Player) — the theoretical percentage of wagered funds that a particular game returns to players over a statistically significant number of rounds.

To register and maintain an active account on the 77pb platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and continuously throughout your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. The 77pb platform is strictly an adults-only service. 77pb reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time.
• You must be registering on your own behalf, for personal entertainment purposes only. Registration by agents, nominees, or third parties is strictly prohibited.
• You must not currently be subject to a self-exclusion order imposed by 77pb or any other gaming platform you are registered with.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during registration, including your legal name, date of birth, residential address, phone number, and email address.
• You must not have had a 77pb account permanently closed due to fraud, abuse, or a material breach of these Terms.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, consultant, or immediate family member of a 77pb employee or business partner.

77pb reserves the right to decline any registration application without providing a reason. Providing false registration information may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance held at the time of discovery.

3.1 One Account Per Player. Each player is permitted to hold exactly one active 77pb account at any time. Registering, operating, or benefiting from more than one account — whether under the same or different identity details — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. 77pb employs automated and manual detection systems to identify duplicate accounts.

3.2 Account Verification (KYC). 77pb may at any time request that you complete identity verification by submitting one or more of the following documents: a national identity card (NID), passport, birth certificate, bKash or Nagad registered mobile confirmation, or a utility bill dated within 90 days showing your registered address. Failure to complete KYC within the specified timeframe will result in suspension of withdrawal privileges until verification is complete.

3.3 Account Security. You are solely responsible for safeguarding your login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your credentials with any other person. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify 77pb support at [email protected] immediately. 77pb will not be liable for losses resulting from unauthorised account access where the player has failed to take reasonable steps to protect their credentials.

3.4 Account Inactivity. An account is deemed inactive if no login, deposit, withdrawal, or wagering activity has been recorded for a continuous period of 12 months. 77pb reserves the right to apply a monthly dormancy administration fee of ৳50 BDT to inactive accounts. Players will receive a written notice at their registered email address before any dormancy fee is applied.

3.5 Account Closure by Player. You may request closure of your 77pb account at any time by contacting support. Any withdrawable real-money balance remaining at the time of closure will be processed to your registered payment method within 5 business days. Bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. 77pb currently accepts the following payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals, subject to individual method availability at time of transaction: bKash, Nagad, Rocket (Dutch-Bangla Bank Mobile Banking), Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. 77pb reserves the right to add or remove supported payment methods with reasonable prior notice to active players.

4.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount at 77pb is ৳100 BDT. Deposits below this threshold will not be credited to your account and will be returned to the originating payment method.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing Times. Withdrawal requests to bKash and Nagad wallets are typically processed within 30 minutes during standard operating hours. Withdrawals to Rocket and Upay wallets are typically processed within 2 hours. Visa and Mastercard withdrawals may take 1 to 3 business days depending on the issuing bank's processing schedule. Processing times may be extended during high-volume periods or where additional KYC verification is required.

4.4 Withdrawal to Same Method. As a standard fraud prevention measure, withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit of equivalent or greater value. 77pb reserves the right to enforce this rule strictly and to request additional verification where withdrawal and deposit methods do not correspond.

4.5 No Third-Party Payments. You may not deposit funds into your 77pb account from a payment instrument that is not registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party bKash numbers, bank accounts, or cards will be returned to the source and may trigger a KYC review. 77pb will not be responsible for delays caused by third-party payment returns.

5.1 Finality of Wagers. Once a wager has been placed and confirmed on the 77pb platform, it cannot be amended, cancelled, or reversed by the player. This applies to sports bets, live casino wagers, slot spins, and crash game entries. You should review all wager details before confirming.

5.2 Errors and Malfunctions. In the event of a technical error, software malfunction, or data feed failure that results in an incorrectly displayed odd, payout, or game outcome, 77pb reserves the right to void the affected wager and return the stake to the player's account. 77pb is not liable to pay any winnings generated as a result of a manifest error.

5.3 Odds and Markets. Sports betting odds offered on the 77pb platform are indicative and subject to change until the point at which the wager is confirmed. 77pb reserves the right to withdraw, restrict, or suspend any betting market at any time without prior notice. In-play markets are particularly volatile and may be suspended during live events.

5.4 Maximum Winnings. 77pb reserves the right to impose maximum payout limits on individual games, sports markets, or promotional events. Where maximum payout limits apply, they will be communicated to players at the point of wager placement. A single transaction payout may not exceed ৳5,000,000 BDT unless specifically approved by 77pb management on a case-by-case basis.

5.5 Responsible Use of In-Play Features. Several games on the 77pb platform — including crash games and live dealer titles — involve rapid-fire round completion. 6.1 General Bonus Terms. 6.2 Wagering Requirements. Where abuse is identified, 77pb reserves the right to cancel all associated bonuses and winnings without prior notice.

6.5 One Bonus at a Time. Unless stated otherwise in a specific promotion, only one bonus may be active in a player's account at any time. A second bonus may not be activated until all wagering requirements associated with the first bonus have been fulfilled or the first bonus has expired.

• Session Time Limits: Players may configure maximum continuous play session durations. Upon reaching the limit, the player will be automatically logged out.
• Cool-Off Periods: Players may activate a short-term break of 1 day, 7 days, or 30 days, during which deposits and wagering are suspended. Cool-off periods cannot be shortened once activated.
• Self-Exclusion: Players who feel their gambling behaviour is becoming harmful may request a permanent or long-term self-exclusion directly from their account settings or by contacting support. 11.3 77pb shall not be liable for: loss of profits; loss of anticipated winnings; indirect, incidental, or consequential damages; or any loss arising from events outside 77pb's reasonable control, including but not limited to internet outages, payment network disruptions, acts of God, or force majeure events.

11.4 Nothing in these Terms limits 77pb's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or death or personal injury caused by 77pb's gross negligence.

77pb reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any player account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Confirmed or suspected breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the specified timeframe.
• Confirmed or suspected fraudulent activity, including use of stolen payment instruments.
• Confirmed or suspected match-fixing, money laundering, or other criminal activity.
• Receipt of a legal order from a competent authority requiring account suspension or closure.
• A player's voluntary request to close their account.

Upon termination of an account for breach of these Terms, 77pb reserves the right to withhold all account balances pending investigation. Where investigation confirms a material breach, 77pb may forfeit the balance in full. Where no material breach is confirmed, the balance will be returned to the player's registered payment method within 14 business days.

77pb reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via the email address on file at least 7 calendar days before the changes take effect, where practicable. Non-material changes (such as corrections of typographical errors, clarifications that do not affect player rights, or the addition of new defined terms) may take effect immediately upon publication.

14.1 Governing Law.
